What is included: -Air conditioning!!! -Bedroom with a walk in closet -Full private bathroom with tub and laundry across from the bedroom -A 250sq foot second floor living room with a fireplace - Drive way parking -Fenced, secure backyard with gazebo and BBQ on the back deck -Space in the basement for storage of belongings if needed Additional info: - This is a pet friendly home and we welcome another furry house mate if you come with one! - The house comes with secure yard and lots of paths and parks nearby - Access/use of the whole house- this is a room mate situation, not a room rental :) Flexibility in lease length. $1200 per month plus 30% utilities (gas heat water sewer) and damage deposit.
