| Hi! I have 2 rooms available in a brand new, clean, modern house. There are 2.5 bathrooms so no one will ever have to wait:) There is a garage that is available for rent for 200$ extra. Basically free if you take both rooms. If there are two people you share the bathroom together. If there’s one person renting both rooms, perhaps for your kid or office, you have the bathroom to yourself. Option of renting the garage for an extra 200$ a month. Included in 2 room rental. For one room it is 1000$, with utls and high speed internet included For both rooms it is 1900$ with utls and high speed internet AND garage included for parking/storage. If you do not need the garage then 1700$ for both rooms. There is a 700$ deposit that can be paid over the 3 month trial period - some must be paid with rent when first move in. If rent is late then money is taken off your deposit. (Just pay on time :) ) Extra storage in garage if necessary too. Free. I am looking for people who are genuine, responsible, easy-going. Warm, friendly atmosphere with the feeling of ‘home’. You must have a job. Adult house. Not a party house. NO couples. No sleepovers. No drugs, alcohol or smoking. Kid friendly. 3 month trial period to see if rules are broken. If all goes well then a 6 months or year lease can be signed. We can be ‘just living together’, or do some odd dinners, maybe sometimes watch movies etc. I am very simple, either one works great for me. I am a secretary for a company just outside of Calgary. I have my daughter 80% of the time. This can be an open discussion, or just not happen at all - but I like as little clutter as possible - so if we could split costs on items we use the same, that would be awesome. If your are not interested that is fine too. Skip the rest if you want to discuss over messages! Open to having a fridge in garage if you like to stock your fridge . Anything you are interested in/or not, please let me know. If we were to split items, or you could pay maybe an extra 100-150$ a month for shared: Milk Juice Paper towel Toilet paper Automatic toilet cleaners Toilet smelly items Bread Spices Condiments Sauces House cleaning products Soaps Dishwasher pods Dish soap Laundry soap Bounce sheets Washer bead Oranges, bananas and apples - and anything else that takes up a lot of room and used frequently Scrubbers for dishes Flour Sugar Teas Oatmeal Butter Peanut butter Jam Garbage bags Cooking oil Distilled water (from my machine) Kleenex Things like batteries for automotive garbages (there is on, I plan to get more), and use of common items such as paper, pens, tacs, tape, if you need my printers etc. I feel having a set amount would make it easier. But this is how I feel, you can say what you feel would work. Maybe start at 150$ a month and see if it needs to be less or more after the first month.
