| I am looking for a person to occupy the second bedroom in my apartment. Laundry is in the apartment and the roommate gets their own personal full bathroom. The person needs to be very reliable, responsible and respectful. Clean up at your own pace but ensure that the apartment is always in a hygiene and presentable state. A working professional would be preferred. I have a very sweet and well behaved cat so the person must be okay with that. No more pets though. The apartment is in Clayton park, right in front of bus stops. I’m going to interview so apply knowing that. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past with roommates so am very particular this time.
